Martin Handcraft Pro

SN# 37370  which puts this horns manufacture date at 1923.

The following text is taken from http://www.themartinstory.net
"The Handcraft was a pro horn. It had the split bell keys, meaning that the Low B is on the other side of the bell than the low Bb.(Apparently not on the soprano) Earlier models (like this one) didn't have the front-F key, models of the early '30s are found with this key."   < end of text from the Martin Story >

This horn I bought as a personal horn as my main vintage horn.  It has the split bell keys, (Right Hand) RH Trill G#, split E key.  The Left Hand (LH) table keys are reachable even with small hands and are very comfortable.  Action is very nice.  I've adjusted the horn for a nice quick feel.  The instrument has newer pads. It came to me with new pads and I replaced a few, made regulation adjustments and everything plays as new.

Since I did not repad the horn myself I am only giving it a 90 day warranty but will give discounts up to 1 year.

Tone-wise it is a very sweet horn.  I've played the instrument with a Woodwind Company extralarge chamber mouthpiece, which was a  common choice back then.
